He regularly advises a wide range of participants in the building and construction industry. Elias provides advice with respect to the preparation of project documentation and providing contract advice.

This includes expertise in leasing, property transactions and commercial agreements.

Tim has extensive experience in commercial litigation acting on behalf of domestic and commercial builders, owners, subcontractors, property developers and owners corporations across all Victorian and Federal jurisdictions.

The matters in which Tim has acted include contract disputes, claims under the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995, the Building Act 1993 and Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002.

Teneile has recently completed a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted as a solicitor in 2022. Prior to this Teneile obtained extensive experience as a paralegal with our firm.

Teneile assists the Partners and Senior Associates in a wide range of matters including building disputes, the drafting of court documents, legal research and the review of building contracts and project documents. Teneile also has experience drafting project documents including building contracts and consultant agreements.
